BGS3 Announces New Chief Operating Officer

BGS3, the National Processing Center for Short Sales, is pleased
to announce the appointment of Charles Cease to the position of Chief
Operating Officer (COO). Cease will service as chairman of the
company's operating committee, overseeing day-to-day operations and
execution of BGS3's annual plan and operating budget.
As COO, Cease will focus his efforts on growing revenue and
profitability and improving sales and marketing strategies. He will
continue the expansion of Program3648, an outreach program providing
homeowners alternatives to foreclosure, and rollout the highly
anticipate mortgage brokerage and title companies on a national scale.
Cease brings an extensive operations background to BGS3. Most
recently he was a Director at the New York based Leviton, and
responsible for the creation and implementation of a new business unit
introducing products and services spanning international markets.
Prior to Leviton, he served as Division Manager for the former
Efficient Enterprises (Las Vegas), today a division of Wolseley PLC
(UK:WOS), and was the driving force behind efforts such as ISO
certification, implementing control systems, and expanding the overall
business through the creation of new business verticals and new
business entities.

Cease holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University
of Louisville and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He resides in
Crestwood, Kentucky with his wife of 19 years and their four children.
