Program 3648 Representative Wins Rookie of the Year

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Rhonda Fenwick, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker McMahan Company, was awarded the Coldwell Banker 'Rookie of the Year' in Kentucky. New to real estate, Fenwick completed the certification offered through Program 3648 to assist her in launching her business. "Program 3648 provided me with the knowledge to effectively address alternatives to foreclosure with my homeowners," said Fenwick. "Program 3648 is a wonderful initiative that provides assistance to homeowners in need free of charge."

Jerry McMahan, principal broker of Coldwell Banker McMahan Company, a Top 50 Coldwell Banker Company and Chairman Circle Company since 1998, is very proud of Rhonda's accomplishments. Program 3648 is a privately sponsored nationwide initiative to reach out to homeowners who are struggling with their mortgage payments.
