Robert: Robert. Chadwick, North Carolina.

Robert: Well, my case – my job after 21 years, they went and end it. I just packed up and come back to North Carolina with family.

Robert: I can’t afford to pay – I went without making my mortgage payments because I had no income.  I couldn’t make the payment.

Robert: Honestly, I just think that everything was handled very professionally, and if somebody’s in the same situation, then I would say that the short sale is rather painless.
